- To provide all staff with on-going support and training opportunities
- To have an open door policy where parents/carers are welcome anytime during the day
- To give parents/carers written information about their child’s development
- To provide opportunities for parents/carers to discuss their child’s progress with keyworkers
- To help prepare children for the transition to school by working with parents/carers, schools, and other professionals
- To maintain a low level staff turnover by providing good facilities and conditions for staff
